
Occupational medicine is the branch of clinical medicine most active in the field of occupational health. Its most prominent role is the provision of health advice to organizations and patients to ensure that the highest standards of health and safety at work can be achieved and maintained. Occupational physicians have a broad knowledge of clinical medicine. They evaluate and treat on-the-job injury patients, including physical therapy.1
