Board-certified in orthopaedic surgery and fellowship-trained in orthopaedic sports medicine and arthroscopy, Dr. Livermore graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, completed his residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine and accepted a fellowship at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He specializes in:

  • Orthopaedic sports medicine

  • Knee arthroscopy — meniscal surgery Ligament reconstruction, patellofemoral disorders and cartilage disorders

  • Shoulder arthroscopy — rotator cuff tears, impingement and instability

  • Shoulder reconstruction — arthritis surgery

Dr. Livermore is a member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine and Mid-Central States Orthopaedic Society. He has been appointed as a clinical assistant professor at the University of Kansas School of Medicine — Wichita.

While in New York, Dr. Livermore was an assistant team physician for the New York Mets. He currently cares for many athletes of regional high schools and colleges.
