John McConeghey, MD
SpecialtiesAfter earning an electrical engineering degree with a bioengineering emphasis from Kansas State University, Dr. McConeghey completed both his doctorate of medicine and his general surgery residency at the University of Kansas School of Medicine. He is board-eligible in general surgery and licensed with the Kansas State Board of Healing and Medical Arts. He holds several certifications, including ABLS, ACLS, BLS and PALS, plus instructor certification for ATLS. Dr. McConeghey has given multiple presentations throughout his career on a variety of topics. He is certified to perform stereotactic breast biopsies.
