Kevin Paul Allen, MD
SpecialtiesDr. Allen provides a variety of diagnostic and surgical procedures related to eye disease. He is the first eye surgeon based in Newton in more than a decade. Dr. Allen earned his M.D. from Columbia University in New York and is board-certified in ophthalmology. Before coming to Newton Medical Center he was most recently in private practice in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and admitted his patients to the Regional Medical Center of Kitty Hawk and Albemarle Hospital. Also a former Barnard College biological science instructor, Dr. Allen is active in community service organizations and has hosted a local television program about eye health.
