Walk-in Appointments
While we do see walk-ins, such visits are subject to the availability of slots in the physicians’ schedules.
Future/Follow-up Appointments
Please schedule future appointments for lab studies and follow-up appointments at the time of your clinic appointments. This will provide you with the most flexibility to arrange a date that is convenient for you. Our providers usually will request that you return to the office for follow-up treatment for an acute condition or if you are taking maintenance medications for chronic conditions. These appointments are very important to maintaining your overall health.
Please call several weeks in advance to schedule preventive care/routine physical examinations. These services require additional resources and time to complete.
