During the open house, Dr. Horn and his staff will provide tours of the new clinic, which is more than twice as large as the previous offices at 122 North Park. It contains nine examination rooms, three doctors’ offices, a surgical office and laboratory. Patients are greeted by a large, comfortably furnished front office.

The open house culminates a transitional process begun more than two years ago when Dr. Russell Horn affiliated his practice with Newton Medical Center and announced plans to expand the city’s only medical clinic.

“We worked closely with Dr. Horn during the past two years to develop an understanding of the community’s needs,” Steve Kelly, NMC’s president and CEO said. “We are grateful for the community’s positive response to the opening of this new clinic,” he said.
