Commenting on Your Care
Patients, family members of patients, and others concerned with the welfare of our patients have the right to submit complaints, questions or concerns about the quality of care.
If you have a problem, please alert your physician or primary nurse or care giver. They may be able to correct the situation immediately. In some instances, they may seek assistance from a supervisor, department manager or administrative staff to address the problem.
Issues can also be submitted in person, by phone or in writing to the following:
• The person in charge of the patient's care
• Risk Manager
• Any member of Newton Medical Center's administrative team
The appropriate department manager, vice president or the president will review your concerns and take any necessary corrective action. We will inform you either verbally or in writing on the outcome.
All issues will be reviewed.
Newton Medical Center will not discriminate against anyone who submits a complaint.

Cleaning Staff
