Newton Medical Center has entered into a collaboration with six area organizations to better provide a continuum of care for patients in Harvey County and surrounding areas. The organizations include Asbury Park, Kansas Christian Home, Kidron-Bethel Village, Presbyterian Manor Newton, Schowalter Villa and Central Homecare, the area’s first home health agency.
Goals of this partnership include improving patient care, creating efficiencies among the collaborating partners and exploring opportunities to better serve the health needs of our population.
This health care coalition of not-for-profit partners aims to help move the community into the future with a commitment to strengthening the continuum of care between hospital, retirement communities, and home health.
