In its latest Best Hospitals rankings, U.S. News & World Report announced that Newton Medical Center’s patient satisfaction scores have outperformed the national and state averages.
NMC achieved a patient satisfaction rating of 79%, compared to a state average of 73% and national average of 67%. In addition, 82% of patients said they would “definitely” recommend NMC to friends and family, compared to the state average of 74% and national average of 69%.
